How it works

From a short questionnaire to a map of your moment.

The general flow

First you answer a short questionnaire (two to three minutes) about your experience in this specific moment. That gives you a Quick Map, free and immediate: a first location in the territory, words to name what may be happening, and a minimal orientation.

If that first reading is useful and you want depth, you can access the Full Map, a paid product: a longer questionnaire (10 to 15 minutes) that produces a deeper reading of your moment, a Canvas (a one-page working tool, pre-filled with your reading) and a practical 14-day guide with one small action per day.

What a map is (and isn't)

A map doesn't tell you what to do, doesn't classify or label you, doesn't predict your future, and doesn't replace the professional you may need (therapist, doctor, lawyer, financial advisor).

It does describe the contours of the territory you're crossing, names states and patterns documented in research, and offers structure where there was confusion. It leaves the decision to you, with more clarity than before.

Where we apply maps

Proa Nova started with the territory of career transitions. The system can map any territory of complex human experience that is recurrent, tense and mappable (burnout, identity, loss, belonging). New territories are released when their research is mature.

Built on research

The maps are built on published anthropological and psychological research, done by scholars who spent decades studying how people move through transitions, grief and identity change. Every state, pattern and orientation has a source you can trace. About the method lists the sources and the limitations, stated plainly.
